തിരുവനന്തപുരം: സ്‌കോഡ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വാര്‍ഷിക വില്‍പനയില്‍ പുതിയ റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് കുറിച്ചു. ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ 25-ാം വാര്‍ഷികം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന സ്‌കോഡ ഈ വര്‍ഷം ജനുവരി മുതല്‍ ഒക്ടോബര്‍ വരെ 61,607 യൂണിറ്റുകള്‍ വിറ്റു. ഇതിന് മുമ്പ് ഒരു വര്‍ഷം ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ കാറുകള്‍ വിറ്റതിന്റെ റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് 2022-ല്‍ 53,721 കാറുകള്‍ വിറ്റതായിരുന്നു.
കൂടാതെ, ഒരു മാസം വിറ്റ കാറുകളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിലും റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് കുറിച്ചു. ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ സ്‌കോഡ ഒക്ടോബറില്‍ 8,252 കാറുകള്‍ വിറ്റു. സ്‌കോഡയുടെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ കാറുകള്‍ വിറ്റ മാസമാണിത്.
കൈലാഖ്, കോഡിയാക്, കുഷാഖ്, സ്ലാവിയ, ഒക്ടേവിയ ആര്‍എസ് എന്നീ കാറുകളുടെ ജനപ്രിയതയാണ് വില്‍പന വര്‍ദ്ധിക്കാന്‍ കാരണം. നിരത്തുകളിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചെത്തുന്ന ഒക്ടേവിയ ആര്‍എസ് വില്‍പന ആരംഭിച്ച് 20 മിനിട്ടുകള്‍ക്കുള്ളില്‍ വിറ്റഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

Thiruvananthapuram: Skoda sets new record for annual sales in India. Celebrating its 25th anniversary in India, Skoda sold 61,607 units from January to October this year. The previous record for the highest number of cars sold in a single year was 53,721 cars sold in 2022.
It also set a record for the number of cars sold in a single month. Skoda sold 8,252 cars in India in October. This is the highest month in Skoda’s Indian history.
The sales increase is due to the popularity of the Kailak, Kodiaq, Kushaq, Slavia, and Octavia RS. The Octavia RS, which is returning to the roads, was sold out within 20 minutes of its launch.
