മകരവിളക്ക് മഹോത്സവത്തിന് ശബരിമല സന്നിധാനം സജ്ജമായിക്കഴിഞ്ഞതായി തിരുവിതാംകൂര് ദേവസ്വം ബോര്ഡ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് കെ. ജയകുമാര് പറഞ്ഞു. തിരുവാഭരണ ഘോഷയാത്ര നാളെ എത്തും. സന്നിധാനത്തും പരിസരത്തും ഒരു ലക്ഷത്തോളം ഭക്തര് തമ്പടിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
എരുമേലി കാനനപാത വഴി തീര്ത്ഥാടകര് എത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. തിരക്ക് നിയന്ത്രിക്കാന് പോലീസ് സര്വസജ്ജമാണ്. തിരുമുറ്റത്തും ഫ്ളൈ ഓവറുകളിലും നിന്ന് മകരജ്യോതി ദര്ശിക്കുന്നതിന് കര്ശന നിയന്ത്രണമാണ് ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ദേവസ്വം ബോര്ഡ് ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയില് പാസ് നല്കിയവര്ക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഈ സ്ഥലങ്ങളില് നില്ക്കാന് കഴിയുകയുള്ളൂ. പാസ് ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മറ്റെരാള്ക്ക് കൈമാറാന് കഴിയില്ല. സുതാര്യമായ സംവിധാനമാണ് ഇക്കുറി ഏര്പ്പെുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
മകരജ്യോതി ദര്ശനം കഴിഞ്ഞ് തിരിച്ചിറങ്ങാന് തീര്ത്ഥാടകര് തിരക്ക് കൂട്ടുന്ന പ്രവണതയുണ്ട്. തിരിച്ചിറങ്ങുന്നതിന് തിരക്ക് കൂട്ടേണ്ടതില്ല. കൂടുതല് കെഎസ്ആര്ടിസി ബസുകള് പമ്പയില് ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും പ്രസിഡന്റ് പറഞ്ഞു.
മുന്വര്ഷങ്ങളില് ഭക്തര്ക്ക് തങ്ങാന് മുറി ലഭിക്കാത്തതിന്റെ പ്രശ്നമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഈ വര്ഷം മുറി ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഓണ്ലൈന് സംവിധാനം ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തി. ഭക്തരെ ഒരു തരത്തിലുമുള്ള ചൂഷണത്തിന് വിധേയമാക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യവും ശബരിമലയില് ഉണ്ടാകില്ല.
അടുത്ത ശബരിമല തീര്ത്ഥാടന കാലത്തേയ്ക്കുള്ള ആസൂത്രണവും ഈ വര്ഷത്തെ അവലോകനവും നടത്തുന്നതിനായി എല്ലാ വകുപ്പുകളെയും വിളിച്ച് ചേര്ത്ത് ഫെബ്രുവരി 6ന് യോഗം ചേരുമെന്നും ദേവസ്വം ബോര്ഡ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് അറിയിച്ചു.
Makarajyothi Darshan: Preparations Completed – Devaswom Board President
The Sabarimala Sannidhanam is fully prepared for the Makaravilakku festival, said Travancore Devaswom Board President K. Jayakumar. The Thiruvabharanam procession will arrive tomorrow. Nearly one lakh devotees are currently camping in and around the Sannidhanam.
Pilgrims continue to arrive through the Erumeli forest route. The police are fully prepared to control the crowd. Strict restrictions have been imposed on viewing the Makarajyothi from the temple courtyard and flyovers.
Only those who have been issued identity passes with the Devaswom Board’s photograph will be allowed to stand in these areas. Under no circumstances can the pass be transferred to another person. A transparent system has been implemented this year.
There is a tendency among pilgrims to rush while returning after the Makarajyothi darshan. There is no need to hurry while descending. Additional KSRTC buses have been arranged at Pampa, the President said.
In previous years, there were issues with devotees not getting accommodation. This year, an online system has been introduced for room bookings. There will be no situation at Sabarimala where devotees are subjected to any form of exploitation.
The Devaswom Board President also informed that a meeting involving all departments will be convened on February 6 to review this year’s pilgrimage season and to plan for the next Sabarimala pilgrimage season.
