പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്കായി സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ സേവനങ്ങൾ ഒരുമിച്ച് ഒറ്റ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് ജനകേന്ദ്രിത ഡിജിറ്റൽ മൊബൈൽ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ – ‘നമ്മുടെ കേരളം’ തയ്യാറാകുന്നു.
സർക്കാർ സേവനങ്ങൾ എളുപ്പത്തിലും സുരക്ഷിതമായും ഏകജാലകത്തിലൂടെ ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയാണ് ആപ്പിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം. ‘നമ്മുടെ കേരളം’ ആപ്പിന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക പ്രകാശനം ഫെബ്രുവരി 24ന് നിശാഗന്ധി ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിൽ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയൻ നിർവഹിക്കും.
ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ മുതൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികൾ, പെൻഷനുകൾ, ഫീസുകൾ, അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കൽ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഘട്ടങ്ങൾക്കും ആവശ്യമായ 150-ലധികം സേവനങ്ങൾ ആപ്പിൽ ലഭ്യമാകും. എല്ലാവർക്കും ഉപയോഗിക്കാനാവുന്ന രീതിയിൽ ലളിതമായ ഇന്റർഫെയ്സും ഡിസൈനുമാണ് ആപ്പിന്റെ പ്രധാന സവിശേഷത.
സ്വകാര്യത, സുരക്ഷ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് പ്രഥമ പരിഗണന നൽകിയാണ് ‘നമ്മുടെ കേരളം’ മൊബൈൽ ആപ്പ് രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. സേവനങ്ങളിലെ സമയബന്ധിതമായ പുതുക്കലുകളും, ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ നേരിട്ട് ബന്ധപ്പെടാനും, പരാതികൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാനും ഈ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിലൂടെ സാധിക്കും. മൊബൈൽ ആപ്പിന് പുറമേ ‘നമ്മുടെ കേരളം’ വെബ് പോർട്ടലിലും ഇതേ സേവനങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കും.
ഐ.ടി. വകുപ്പിന് വേണ്ടി കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഐ.ടി. മിഷന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഡിജിറ്റൽ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി, സി-ഡിറ്റുമായി ചേർന്നാണ് ‘നമ്മുടെ കേരളം’ മൊബൈൽ ആപ്പ് വികസിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളുമായി സഹകരിച്ചാണ് ആപ്പിൽ സേവനങ്ങൾ ഏകോപിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഔദ്യോഗിക പ്രകാശനത്തിന് ശേഷം ആൻഡ്രോയിഡ് പ്ലേ സ്റ്റോറിലും, ആപ്പിൾ സ്റ്റോറിലും ആപ്പ് ലഭിക്കും.
‘Nammude Keralam’: All Government Services on a Single Platform
The State Government is set to launch a citizen-centric digital mobile application, ‘Nammude Keralam’, aimed at bringing all government services together on a single platform for the public.
The objective of the app is to provide government services in an easy, secure, and seamless manner through a single-window system. The official launch of the ‘Nammude Keralam’ app will be held on February 24 at Nishagandhi Auditorium, and will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
The app will offer more than 150 services covering all stages of life, including birth certificates, education-related services, welfare schemes, pensions, fee payments, and submission of applications. A simple and user-friendly interface and design ensure accessibility for all sections of society.
Developed with top priority given to privacy and security, the ‘Nammude Keralam’ mobile app will also provide timely updates on services, enable users to directly contact officials, and allow submission of complaints through the platform. In addition to the mobile app, the same services will be available through the ‘Nammude Keralam’ web portal.
The app has been developed under the leadership of the Kerala State IT Mission for the IT Department, in collaboration with the Digital University of Kerala and C-DIT. Services have been integrated in coordination with various government departments. Following the official launch, the app will be available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
