കേന്ദ്ര യുവജനകാര്യ-കായിക മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് കീഴിലെ മേരാ യുവ ഭാരത് സംരംഭത്തിൽ സിവിൽ ഡിഫൻസ് വളണ്ടിയർമാരാകാൻ യുവജനങ്ങളെ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. അടിയന്തര സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിലും പ്രതിസന്ധി ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലും നിർണായക പങ്കുവഹിക്കാൻ യുവ പൗരന്മാരെ ശാക്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു സംയോജിത ശ്രമത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണിത്. പ്രകൃതിദുരന്തങ്ങൾ, അപകടങ്ങൾ, പൊതു അടിയന്തരാവസ്ഥകൾ, മറ്റ് അപ്രതീക്ഷിത സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയിൽ സിവിൽ ഭരണകൂടത്തെ സഹായിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന മികച്ച പരിശീലനം ലഭിച്ച, പ്രതികരണശേഷിയുള്ള, കരുത്തുറ്റ ഒരു സന്നദ്ധസേനയെ കെട്ടിപ്പടുക്കുക എന്നതാണ് ഈ സംരംഭത്തിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം.

MY Bharat invites youth to enrol as Civil Defence Volunteers
MY Bharat invites youth to enrol as Civil Defence Volunteers, under the aegis of Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. This call is a part of a concerted effort to empower young citizens to take up vital roles during emergencies and crisis situations. The initiative is aimed at building a well-trained, responsive and resilient volunteer force that can assist the civil administration in times of natural disasters, accidents, public emergencies and other unforeseen situations.
This includes rescue and evacuation operations, first aid, emergency care, traffic management, crowd control, public safety, disaster response, rehabilitation, and assistance to government agencies and local bodies. Volunteers will be enrolled in a week-long training course in collaboration with national and state disaster management agencies.
MY Bharat Youth Volunteers and other interested young citizens can register as MY Bharat Civil Defence Volunteers. This initiative not only instills a strong sense of responsibility and discipline in the youth, but also equips them with practical training and skills to act quickly and save lives in critical situations.
