യൂണീക് ഐഡൻ്റിഫിക്കേഷൻ അതോറിറ്റി ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ (UIDAI) പുതിയ ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രം (ASK) തൃശ്ശൂരിലെ പാട്ടുരായ്ക്കലിൽ പ്രവർത്തനമാരംഭിച്ചു. നഗരത്തിലെ ജനകേന്ദ്രീകൃത ആധാർ സേവനങ്ങൾ കൂടുതൽ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള മറ്റൊരു സുപ്രധാന ചുവടുവെയ്പ്പാണിത്. തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർ ശിഖ സുരേന്ദ്രൻ ഐഎഎസ് ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രത്തിൻ്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിർവ്വഹിച്ചു.
ബെംഗളൂരുവിലെ UIDAI റീജിയണൽ ഓഫീസ് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച ഉദ്ഘാടന ചടങ്ങിൽ, UIDAI റീജിയണൽ ഓഫീസ് ബെംഗളൂരു, യുഐഡിഎഐ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഓഫീസ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം, പ്രസ് ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ബ്യൂറോ, ആകാശവാണി, ദൂരദർശൻ, സേവനദാതാവായ മെസ്സേഴ്സ് പ്രോട്ടീൻ ഇ-ഗവ് ടെക്നോളജീസ് എന്നിവയുടെ പ്രതിനിധികൾ, ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ ജീവനക്കാർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
തൃശ്ശൂരിലെ ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രം, പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് തടസ്സമില്ലാത്ത ആധാർ അനുബന്ധ സേവനങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനായി 8 പ്രവർത്തന കിറ്റുകളോടെ സജ്ജീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു മോഡൽ-ബി കേന്ദ്രമാണ്. പുതിയ ആധാർ എൻറോൾമെൻ്റ്, ഡെമോഗ്രാഫിക്-ബയോമെട്രിക് പുതുക്കലുകൾ, പിശക് തിരുത്തൽ, പരാതി പരിഹാര സേവനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെല്ലാം ഒരൊറ്റ മേൽക്കൂരയ്ക്ക് കീഴിൽ ഈ ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. പൊതുഅവധി ഒഴികെയുള്ള എല്ലാ ദിവസവും ഈ UIDAI ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അതുവഴി, പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ സേവനങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയും അവരുടെ സൗകര്യവും മികച്ച സേവനാനുഭവവും ഉറപ്പാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
തൃശ്ശൂരിലെ UIDAI ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രത്തിൻ്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർ ശ്രീമതി ശിഖ സുരേന്ദ്രൻ ഐഎഎസ് നിർവ്വഹിക്കുകയും പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്കായി ഈ സൗകര്യം ഔദ്യോഗികമായി തുറന്നുകൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. തുടർന്ന്, ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ സന്നിഹിതരായിരുന്ന പൊതുജനങ്ങളുമായും ജീവനക്കാരുമായും അവർ സംവദിക്കുകയും, കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ ആധാർ സേവനങ്ങൾ നല്കുന്നതിനായി പിന്തുടരുന്ന ആധാർ എൻറോൾമെൻ്റ്, ആധാർ പുതുക്കലുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചറിയുകയും ചെയ്തു. ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനായി കേരളത്തിലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ സ്ഥലമായി തൃശ്ശൂരിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തതിന് അവർ യുഐഡിഎഐ-യ്ക്ക് നന്ദി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. കൂടാതെ, തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലുടനീളം ആധാറും അനുബന്ധ സേവനങ്ങളും പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടത്തിൻ്റെ പിന്തുണ അവർ ഉറപ്പുനല്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
എറണാകുളത്തിന് ശേഷം, കേരളത്തിലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ UIDAI ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രം ഇപ്പോൾ തൃശ്ശൂരിൽ പ്രവർത്തനസജ്ജമായതായി ചടങ്ങിൽ സംസാരിച്ച യുഐഡിഎഐ തിരുവനന്തപുരം സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഓഫീസ് ഡയറക്ടർ വിനോദ് ജേക്കബ് ജോൺ ഐഒഎഫ്എസ് അറിയിച്ചു. വരും മാസങ്ങളിൽ, കേരളത്തിലെ ശേഷിക്കുന്ന ജില്ലകളിൽ 12 UIDAI ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ കൂടി ആരംഭിക്കാൻ ബെംഗളൂരുവിലെ UIDAI റീജിയണൽ ഓഫീസ് പദ്ധതിയിടുന്നുണ്ട്. 2026 സെപ്റ്റംബറോടെ കേരളത്തിലെ മൊത്തം ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം 14 ആയി ഉയർത്തും.
ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ നേരിട്ട് പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് യുഐഡിഎഐ ആണ്. വീൽചെയർ സൗകര്യം, സൗകര്യപ്രദമായ ശുചിമുറികൾ, സമർപ്പിത പരാതി പരിഹാര സംവിധാനം തുടങ്ങിയ സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടെ പൂർണ്ണമായും ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നതും ജനസൗഹൃദപരവുമായ രീതിയിലാണ് കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഓരോ ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രവും നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നത് ഒരു UIDAI ASK മാനേജരാണ്, അദ്ദേഹം പൊതുജനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് പരാതികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും അവ സമയബന്ധിതമായി പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് സൗകര്യമൊരുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. UIDAI ആധാർ അപ്പോയിൻ്റ് മെൻ്റ് പോർട്ടൽ https://bookappointment.uidai.gov.in/ സന്ദർശിച്ച് പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് എഎസ്കെ-യിലെ ആധാർ സേവനങ്ങൾക്കായി ഓൺലൈനായി അപ്പോയിൻ്റ് മെൻ്റുകൾ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. 5 മുതൽ 17 വയസ്സ് വരെ പ്രായമുള്ള കുട്ടികൾക്കായുള്ള നിർബന്ധിത ബയോമെട്രിക് പുതുക്കലുകൾ 2026 സെപ്റ്റംബർ വരെ സൗജന്യമായി നല്കിവരുന്നുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ ഈ സൗകര്യം ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും സ്കൂൾ ക്യാമ്പുകൾ വഴിയും ലഭ്യമാണ്.
തൃശ്ശൂരിലെ UIDAI ആധാർ സേവാ കേന്ദ്രത്തിൻ്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം, എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതും കാര്യക്ഷമവും ജനകേന്ദ്രീകൃതവുമായ ആധാർ സേവനങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള UIDAI-യുടെ പ്രതിബദ്ധതയെ വീണ്ടും ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നു, ഇത് ഡിജിറ്റൽ ഭരണസംവിധാനം ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ഡിജിറ്റൽ ഉൾച്ചേർക്കലും സദ്ഭരണവും സംബന്ധിച്ച ഭാരത സർക്കാരിൻ്റെ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിന് അനുസൃതമായി ജീവിതസൗകര്യങ്ങൾ കൂടുതൽ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
Keralam’s Second UIDAI Aadhaar Seva Kendra inaugurated at Thrissur
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) operationalised a new UIDAI Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) at Patturaikkal, Thrissur, on Tuesday , 19th May 2026, marking another significant step towards strengthening resident -centric Aadhaar services in the city. The UIDAI ASK was inaugurated by Sikha Surendran IAS , District Collector of Thrissur
The Inauguration event of theUIDAI ASK was hosted by UIDAI Regional Office, Bengaluru, in the presence of representatives from UIDAI Regional Office Bengaluru and UIDAI State office Thiruvanthupuram , ress Information Bureau, Akashvani, Doordarshan , UIDAI ASK staff , and the service provider M/s Protean eGov Technologies.
The Thrissur Aadhaar Seva Kendra is a Model -B centre equipped with 8 operational kits to provide seamless Aadhaar -related services to the residents. The Aadhaar Seva Kendra offers Aadhaar enrolment, demographic and biometric updates, error correction, and grievance redressal services under one roof. This UIDAI ASK functions on all days except public holidays , thereby ensuring greater accessibility, convenience and an enhanced service experience for residents.
District Collector Smt. Sikha Surendran, IAS, inaugurated the UIDAI ASK at Thrissur by cutting the ribbon and formally opened the facility for public use. She also interacted with the residents present at the ASK as well as the ASK staff and enquired about the Aadhaar enrolment and update procedures being followed for delivering Aadhaar services at the centre. She thanked UIDAI for choosing Thrissur as the second location in Keralam for establishing an Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK). Further, she assured that the district administration would support in promoting Aadhaar and its services across the district of Thrissur.
Speaking on the occasion , Sh. Vinod Jacob John IOFS, Director, UIDAI State Office Thiruvananthapuram , informed that after Ernakulam, the 2nd UIDAI Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Keralam has now become functional in Thrissur. In the coming months, UIDAI Regional Office Bengaluru plans to open 12 more UIDAI Aadhaar Seva Kendras in the remaining district of Keralam , taking the total number to 14 by September 2026.
The Aadhaar Seva Kendras are directly operated by UIDAI. The centres are designed to be fully inclusive and resident -friendly with facilities such as wheelchair accessibility, accessible restrooms, and a dedicated grievance redressal mechanism. Each Aadhaar Seva Kendra is managed by an UIDAI ASK Manager who receives grievances from residents and facilitates timely resolution of the same. Residents can also book appointments online for Aadhaar services at ASK visiting UIDAI Aadhaar Appointment Portal: https://bookappointment.uidai.gov.in/. Mandatory Biometric updates for children aged 5 –17 years are now being provided free of cost till September 2026 and the facility is available in Aadhaar Seva Kendras and through school camps.
The inauguration of the UIDAI Aadhaar Seva Kendra at Thrissur reinforces UIDAI’s commitment to accessible, efficient and resident -centric Aadhaar services , strengthening digital governance and enhancing the Ease of Living in line with the Government of India’s vision of digital inclusion and good governance .
