business100news.com; കേരളത്തില് നിന്നും ജര്മ്മനിയിലേയ്ക്കുളള നഴ്സിങ് റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് പദ്ധതിയായ നോര്ക്ക ട്രിപ്പിള് വിന് കേരള യുടെ ഭാഗമായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് ജര്മ്മന് ഭാഷാപരിശീലനം പൂര്ത്തിയായ 12 പേര്ക്കു കൂടി നിയമന കരാർ (എംപ്ലോയ്മെന്റ് കോണ്ട്രാക്ട്) കൈമാറി. നോര്ക്ക ട്രിപ്പിള് വിന് കേരള യുടെ ഏഴാം ബാച്ചിലെ ദേവിക ബൈജു, ജിസ്മോൾ ജോർജ്, മേഘ ജയകുമാർ, ഫരിഷാബീവി ഇബ്രാഹിം, ജെസീന ജോസ്, അപർണ കുമാരി, ഷെഫിൻ ജോസഫ്, മേഘ ജോയ്, മരിയ ജോയ്, ബ്ലെസി ബേബി, അർപ്പിത താഴം എന്നിവരും, ആറാം ബാച്ചിലെ ജിസ്മി വർഗീസ് എന്നിവര്ക്കുമാണ് നോര്ക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് ജനറല് മാനേജര് പ്രകാശ് പി ജോസഫ് വര്ക്ക് പെര്മിറ്റ് കൈമാറിയത്. ഇവര്ക്ക് സെപ്റ്റംബര്-ഒക്ടോബര് മാസത്തോടെ ജര്മ്മനിയിലെത്താനാകും. വിഖ്യാതമായ ജര്മ്മനിയിലെ ഷാരിറ്റെ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിലാണ് ഇവര്ക്ക് നിയമനം ലഭിക്കുക. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസവും 12 പേര്ക്ക് നിയമന കരാര് നല്കിയിരുന്നു.
തൈക്കാട് നോര്ക്ക സെന്ററില് നടന്ന ചടങ്ങില് നോര്ക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് വിഭാഗം മാനേജര് മുഹമ്മദ് നജീബ് ടി.എ മറ്റ് ജീവനക്കാര് എന്നിവരും സംബന്ധിച്ചു. നോര്ക്ക റൂട്ട്സും ജര്മ്മന് ഫെഡറല് എംപ്ലോയ്മെന്റ് ഏജന്സിയും ജര്മ്മന് ഏജന്സി ഫോര് ഇന്റര്നാഷണല് കോ-ഓപ്പറേഷനും സംയുക്തമായി നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയാണ് നോര്ക്ക ട്രിപ്പിള് വിന് കേരള. ഇതിനായുളള കരാര് 2021 ഡിസംബര് 22 നാണ് ഒപ്പുവച്ചത്. ഇതുവരെ ഏട്ടു ബാച്ചുകളിലായി (ഫാസ്റ്റ് ട്രാക്ക് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) നടത്തിയ റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് ഡ്രൈവുകളില് നിന്നും 1700 ഓളം ഉദ്യോഗാര്ത്ഥികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുകയും, 1200-ൽ അധികം നഴ്സുമാര് ജർമ്മനിയിലെത്തി ജോലിയില് പ്രവേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജര്മ്മനിയിലെ 13 സ്റ്റേറ്റുകളിലെ വിവിധ ആരോഗ്യപരിപാലന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് നഴ്സ് തസ്തികയിലാണ് ഇവരുടെ നിയമനം.

NORKA Roots General Manager Prakash P Joseph handed over work permits to 12 more people who were selected as part of NORKA Triple Win Kerala, a nursing recruitment project from Kerala to Germany, and who completed German language training. NORKA Triple Win Kerala’s seventh batch of Devika Baiju, Jismol George, Megha Jayakumar, Farisha Beevi Ibrahim, Jesina Jose, Aparna Kumari, Shefin Joseph, Megha Joy, Maria Joy, Blessy Baby, and Arpita Thazham, and the sixth batch of Jismi Varghese. They will be able to reach Germany by September-October. They will be appointed at the renowned Charite University Hospital in Germany. The previous day, 12 people were given employment contracts.
The ceremony held at the Thycaud Norka Center was attended by Norka Roots Recruitment Manager Muhammad Najeeb T.A. and other employees. Norka Triple Win Kerala is a project jointly implemented by Norka Roots, the German Federal Employment Agency and the German Agency for International Cooperation. The agreement for this was signed on December 22, 2021. So far, about 1700 candidates have been selected from the recruitment drives conducted in eight batches (including fast track) and more than 1200 nurses have arrived in Germany and joined the workforce. They have been appointed as registered nurses in various healthcare institutions in 13 states of Germany.
